Introduction
Ghrelin is a 28-amino-acid peptide predominantly secreted in the stomach and stimulates appetite and growth hormone (GH) release. The name ghrelin is based on ‘ghre’ a word root in Proto-Indo-European languages meaning ‘grow’ in reference to its ability to stimulate GH release. Ghrelin, an anti-inflammatory peptide isolated from cells of the stomach lining, is a major candidate for therapy because of its power to suppress pro-inflammatory processes and enhance anti-inflammatory activities widely throughout the body.

Ghrelin stimulates the brain, which leads to an increase in appetite, and it slows metabolism and decreases the body’s ability to burn fat. Extensive, in-depth studies have shown that ghrelin is widely secreted and distributed in tissues. Its role in neurohumoral regulation, such as metabolic homeostasis, inflammation, cardiovascular regulation, anxiety and depression, and advanced cancer cachexia, has attracted increasing attention

Dosing Details – Ghrelin
You inject 2ml water into the vial of Ghrelin from the water vial. 1 full syringe is 1ml. You then wait for the vial powder content to dissolve ON ITS OWN. DO NOT SHAKE THE VIAL TO MIX POWDER. Once dissolved and clear in colour you draw out 25 – 30 (2.5 to 3 units) on the syringe each morning before breakfast and inject it into the tummy under the skin into the fatty skin layer.

How long will a vial last ?
A vial should last 7-8 days.
