Start with the exact product and format. The Peptide Hub range separates peptides, blends, nasal sprays, serums, drops, consumables, specials, amino-acid tablets and selected capsule formats into clear categories. Before ordering, confirm the product name, strength or volume, stock, price, included items, storage information and any testing information shown on the product page.
Include the information needed to find the correct record. For order questions, include the order number and account email. For courier questions, include the waybill. For product questions, include the exact product and format. For damaged goods, attach clear photographs.
Your account keeps orders and invoices together. Existing customers keep their login, saved addresses and order history. The account area shows recent orders, order status, invoices and account details. Use the lost-password link when the account email is correct but the password is no longer known.
Send the exact products and quantities. Bulk pricing is reviewed manually according to the products, quantity and destination. International orders may require minimum quantities, product restrictions and additional courier or customs arrangements. Use WhatsApp or the contact form before placing a bulk or international order.
Discreet packaging can be arranged where supported. Peptide Hub can provide discreet or unbranded outer packaging where supported. Products remain individually identified and are protected for transit.
Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Peptide Hub accepts EFT and the card or alternative payment methods shown at checkout. Cash on delivery is not offered. VAT is applied according to the recorded order and current store settings. Customers who need company or VAT details on an invoice should enter them correctly before checkout.
Check what is included before adding extra consumables. Applicable injectable peptide orders include the required water and ten insulin syringes per order. Additional syringes and other items are available from the Peptide Consumables category. Included items can differ by format, so the current product page remains the final ordering reference.
In-house HPLC testing is used to monitor purity and consistency. In-house High-Performance Liquid Chromatography testing is used to monitor purity and batch consistency, with peptide products specified at 97% purity or greater. Current testing information can be requested from support for the exact product or batch where available.
Choose door-to-door courier or PostNet-to-PostNet delivery. Tracking information becomes available after dispatch. Customers can use the courier waybill to monitor delivery and contact the courier directly about delivery timing. If the tracking record appears wrong or the parcel is materially delayed, contact Peptide Hub with the order number and waybill.
Report the problem on receipt and keep the evidence. Incorrect, damaged or defective goods should be reported promptly with the order number, clear photographs and a description of the problem. Keep the item and packaging. Do not send goods back until Peptide Hub confirms whether an assessment is required and provides the correct return route.
