Report the problem on receipt and keep the evidence.

Incorrect, damaged or defective goods should be reported promptly with the order number, clear photographs and a description of the problem.

Keep the item and packaging. Do not send goods back until Peptide Hub confirms whether an assessment is required and provides the correct return route.
