Accounts and customer information
Customers must provide accurate account, billing and delivery information and must be at least 18 years old.
Products
The live product page is the ordering reference for product name, format, strength, price, stock and included items. Testing information may be available on request for the exact product or batch.
Payment and VAT
Orders are processed after confirmed payment. VAT is calculated according to the recorded order and current store settings.
Delivery
Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details and monitoring courier updates after dispatch.
Returns
Ordinary exchanges are not offered after controlled goods leave dispatch. Incorrect, damaged or defective goods are handled under the published returns process.
Order acceptance
Peptide Hub may decline or cancel an order where stock, payment, fraud, safety, legal or operational concerns exist.
