Introduction.
JBSNF-000088 (6-Methoxynicotinamide), a analog of nicotinamide (NA), is a potent Nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT) inhibitor with IC₅₀s of 1.8 µM for human NNMT. JBSNF-000088 inhibits NNMT activity, reduces MNA levels and drives insulin sensitization, glucose modulation and body weight reduction in  models of metabolic disease. JBSNF-000088 reduces body weight and restores glucose tolerance, both caused by diet-induced obesity (DIO).

Dosing Details – JBSNF-000088- 10MG
You inject 1ml water into the vial of JBSNF-000088 from the water vial. 1 full syringe is 1ml. you then wait for the vial powder content to dissolve and once dissolved and clear you draw out 25 (2.5 units / 2.5 MG) and inject it into the tummy under the skin into the fatty skin layer at night before bed.
